Shipping & Returns

Typically we do not charge for shipping, but during this recovery period from COVID-19, we are charging a $5 flat rate fee for shipping to US. Curbside pickup is an option if you do not want to wait for your product or pay the shipping fee.  Due to unforeseen circumstances with USPS downsizing, we have temporarily suspended shipping to Canada as their estimated delivery range is 60 days.  We hope to start shipping to Canada again soon!

For curbside pickup, please wait until you receive notification that your order has been fulfilled via e-mail. Once you receive this notification, call the store upon arrival within our business hours and someone will bring your merchandise out to you. You always have the option to come inside to pickup your purchase as well.

In Store Returns
We offer 30 day exchanges for store credit on items purchased in the shop.  Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Online Returns
Our online return policy is different than our in store return policy due to the understanding that customers have purchased something without trying it on.  We offer 30 day returns in full amount if items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Due to hygienic reasons panties and anything with a crotch/gusset section are FINAL SALE

Gift Certificates cannot be returned or exchanged for cash

All sale items are FINAL SALE and do not qualify for store credit or refund.

Please check your receipt to make sure the 30 day return time has not expired and that your item(s) complies with our return policy above.  Make sure the receipt or proof of purchase is enclosed in your package.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue you a full refund to the original method of payment.  Please call us at 703-543-4737 if you have any questions or have not received your refund in an appropriate amount of time.
